By accessing or using VinPassed ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

VinPassed provides vehicle history reports and related vehicle intelligence data. Our reports compile information from various third-party sources including government agencies, insurance records, auction databases, and other data providers.

3. Languages

VinPassed reports and AI-powered analysis are available in the following languages:

• English
• Spanish (Español)
• Chinese Simplified (简体中文)
• Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt)
• Tagalog
• Portuguese (Português)
• French (Français)
• Arabic (العربية)
• Korean (한국어)
• Russian (Русский)

Language selection is available during checkout. The AI-powered risk analysis, executive summary, and buyer recommendations will be translated to your selected language. Vehicle data and technical specifications remain in their original format for accuracy.

4. Pricing, Billing & Subscriptions

4.1 Pricing

VinPassed offers vehicle history reports and checks at the following prices:

• Title & Stolen Check: $5 (one-time purchase — instant title status and stolen vehicle verification)
• Auction History Check: $10 (one-time purchase — auction photos, damage records, dealer purchase price)
• Single Complete Report: $30 (one-time purchase)
• 2-Report Bundle: $50 (one-time purchase, $25 per report — save $10)
• 3-Report Bundle: $66 (one-time purchase, $22 per report — save $24)
• 5-Report Bundle: $90 (one-time purchase, $18 per report — save $60)

The $5 Title & Stolen Check and $10 Auction History Check amounts count toward the price of a full Complete Report if you upgrade within your session. Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect previously purchased reports or unused credits.

4.2 Report Credits

When you purchase a report bundle, you receive credits that can be used to generate reports for any valid VIN. Report credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them — there is no time limit on bundle credits.

4.3 How to Cancel or Manage Your Account

You can manage your account, view your purchased reports, check remaining credits, and handle any account-related requests at any time by visiting:

5. Payment and Refunds

All sales are final. Reports are digital products that are generated promptly upon payment — full reports are typically ready within a few minutes. Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate generation of data, we do not offer refunds.

If you believe you received an incorrect report or experienced a technical issue, please contact us at support@vinpassed.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive vehicle information, VinPassed does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data in our reports. Vehicle history reports are compiled from third-party sources and may not include all relevant information about a vehicle.

Our reports are not a substitute for a physical inspection by a qualified mechanic.We strongly recommend having any vehicle professionally inspected before purchase.

7. Use of Reports

Reports purchased through VinPassed are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute our reports
• Use our data for commercial purposes without written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from our Service
• Misrepresent the source or nature of our reports

8. Limitation of Liability

VinPassed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our Service or reliance on information contained in our reports. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to vehicle purchases, financial losses, or decisions made based on our reports.

9. Privacy

Your use of VinPassed is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
