Reports are delivered instantly to your email after purchase. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Report shows no data?
Some vehicles (very new or rarely sold at auction) may have limited history. If you believe there's an error, contact us with your VIN and order details.
Need a refund?
Due to instant delivery, we generally don't offer refunds. However, if you received the wrong report or experienced a technical issue, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
